摘要 加减速离散算法常用于梯形加减速或S形加减速当中,传统加减速离散算法每走一步,计算一次脉冲间隔时间(即插补周期)。当加减速距离过长、加工精度要求不高时,为了减少计算量,并能够针对不同精度要求对速度跃变“台阶”高度做出调整,使计算量和精度最合适,可以用每隔多步计算一次脉冲间隔时间的方法来改进离散算法。仿真结果表明,改进的加减速离散算法能够有效减少计算量,并能够较为真实地描述和还原速度和位移随时间的变化关系。 The acceleration/deceleration discrete algorithm is often used in trapezoidal acceleration/deceleration orS-shaped acceleration/deceleration. The traditional acceleration/deceleration discrete algorithm calculates the pulse interval time(that is,the interpolation period)for each step. When the acceleration/deceleration distance is too long and the processing accuracy requirements are not high,in order to reduce the amount of calculation,and to adjust the height of the speed jump“step”according to different accuracy requirements,the calculation amount and accuracy are the most suitable. Step-by-step calculation of a pulse interval time method to improve the discrete algorithm. The simulation results show that the improved discrete algorithm of acceleration and deceleration can effectively reduce the amount of calculation,and can describe and restore the relationship between speed and displacement with time.
