作为国内畅销商品,酒与人们的生活息息相关,随着消费水平的提高,人们对酒类商品所提出要求也变得更加严格,对其进行全方位的检测势在必行。首先介绍了检测酒类所用的技术,其次详细说明了检测期间需要用到的卫生、感官和理化标准,最后对未来检测技术的发展进行了展望,指出要想使检测工作发挥出应有作用,关键是要健全检测制度并填补标准空白。希望可使相关人员受到启发,为日后检测工作的优化及发展提供理论依据。
As a best-selling commodity in China, liquor is closely related to people’s life. It is imperative to conduct a comprehensive inspection on liquor due to the more strict demands of people with the improvement of consumption level. Against this background, the technology used to detect alcoholic beverage is introduced, the sanitary, sensory and physical and chemical standards that need to be used during the detection period are explained in detail, and the outlook for the development of detection technology is made in this article. The authors point out that the key to make the detection work play its due role is to improve the detection system and fill the standard gap. It is hoped that the views in this article is inspired and provide theoretical basis for the optimization and development of future detection work.
