Fruit wine brewing course is a professional course of bioengineering specialty, which is deeply welcomed by college students. The author has made great efforts to cultivate students’ professional quality through the exploration of optimizing teaching content, flexible use of information technology, coordinated development of knowledge and quality, and achieved good results.
