全环保吹膜印刷制袋一体自动化生产线的设计

摘要 本文提出全环保吹膜印刷制袋一体自动化生产线的设计思路。采用具有生物降解特性的生物塑料为薄膜原材料,结合无VOCs排放的全水性油墨印刷技术,开发吹膜-印刷-制袋一体自动化生产线,从材料选择、生产过程、产品应用,具备全程环境友好的特点。生产线实现各个环节的自动化运行管理,并突破传统的吹膜印刷+裁切热封制袋的二步法思路,提出吹膜印刷制袋一体化生产的可行性。 This paper puts forward the design idea of an integrated automatic production line for environmental protection film blowing printing and bag making. The biodegradable bioplastics are used as the film raw materials, combined with the VOCs free all water-based ink printing technology, to develop an integrated automatic production line of film blowing printing bag making. From the material selection, production process and product application, it is environmentally friendly throughout the process. The production line realizes the automatic operation and management of all links, breaks through the traditional two-step method of film blowing printing+cutting and hot sealing bag making, and puts forward the feasibility of integrated production of film blowing printing and bag making.
