摘要
参照现行的食品安全国家标准要求,项目研究团队对20批次市售食品用植物纤维塑料产品的总迁移量、重金属迁移量、甲醛迁移量、三聚氰胺迁移量等项目进行了风险研究。结果表明,食品用植物纤维产品总迁移量存在较大的食品安全隐患,甲醛迁移量和三聚氰胺迁移量也有一定风险。
Total Migration, migration of heavy metals, migration of Formaldehyde and migration of Melamine in 20 batches of fiber plants plastics productsfor food were studied according to the standards.The results showed,total migration of fiber plants products Plasticsfood is a security risk, migration of formaldehyde and migration of Melamine are also risks.
