滚塑成型冷却方式的选择及应用研究

摘要 本文以聚乙烯滚塑成型制品为研究对象,运用了差示扫描量热仪、偏光显微镜等表征技术,系统研究了冷却方式对滚塑专用聚乙烯树脂的结晶性能和力学性能的影响。研究发现,冷却方式、冷却速率对滚塑材料的结晶结构、结晶度和片晶厚度有较大影响。合理调控滚塑加工过程的冷却方式和冷却速率,可以直接控制滚塑制品的聚集态结构,从而提高制品品质。本文提出合理的冷却措施,为滚塑制品的成型加工应用提供理论和实验基础。 In this paper, the effects of cooling methods on the crystallization and mechanical properties of polyethylene resin for rotational molding are systematically studied by using polyethylene rotational molding products are used as research object, and characterization t echnologies such as differential scanning calorimeter, polarizing microscope, etc. It is found that the cooling mode and cooling rate have a great influence on the crystalline structure, crystallinity and lamella crystal thickness of rotational molding materials. Reasonable control of the cooling mode and cooling rate in the rotational molding process can directly control the aggregate structure of the rotational molding products, thus improving the product quality. In this paper, reasonable cooling measure s are proposed to provide theoretical and experimental basis for the application of rotational molding products.
