智慧图书馆多主体协同建设是智慧社会发展的客观要求,也是实现服务效益最大化的有效手段。文章通过构建职能政府、公共图书馆和高等院校为主体的三方演化博弈模型,研究三方在协同建设过程中的策略选择,探究影响智慧图书馆协同建设的主要因素和稳定条件,进而提出了有利于智慧图书馆协同建设的相关建议。

Multi-agent synergy construction of smart library is not only the objective requirement of the smart society development, but also an effective way to maximize service benefit. By making a tripartite evolutionary model with the government, public library, and university as the research subject, it studies these subjects’ strategic choices in the collaborative construction process, analyzes the main factors and stable conditions that affect the collaborative construction of smart library, and then proposes suggestions on the collaborative construction of smart library.
