近十年国内图书馆智慧服务的研究热点和发展趋势

Research on hotspot and development trend of library intelligent service in China in recent ten years

文章以近10年中国知网期刊全文数据库收录的1 402篇相关文献为样本,利用COOC,VOSviewer, Ucinet, SPSS等工具,通过文献计量、系统聚类等方法,结合可视化知识图谱,揭示并分析国内图书馆智慧服务的研究现状、研究热点及发展趋势。研究发现:当前该领域发文量仍处于快速增长期,学者间初步形成了良好的合作关系,高校在该领域研究中发挥重要作用。研究热点集中在技术、资源、馆员、空间及模式与体系建设5大方面,其中图书馆智慧服务模式与体系的构建、图书馆馆员的研究及采用新技术提供的智能服务与信息服务等方向为未来研究热点。

In this paper, 1 402 relevant periodical documents published on CNKI in the past ten years are taken as data source. Through bibliometric method、systematic clustering and combines with visual knowledge map, COOC,VOSviewer, Ucinet, SPSS and other tools are used to reveal and analyze the research status, research hotspots and development trends of domestic library intelligent service. It is found in the study that the research in this field is still in a period of rapid growth, and a good cooperative relationship has been initially formed among scholars at present. At the same time, universities play an important role. The research hotspots focus on technology, resources, librarians, space, mode and system construction. Especially, the construction of library intelligent service mode and system, the research of librarians and the intelligent service and information service with new technologies are the future research hotspots.
