摘要
海底管道及膨胀弯海上安装效率影响因素包括方案设计、船舶能力、天气海况、设备待机以及人员素质等。文章通过研究南海西部涠洲11-2油田二期开发工程项目海底管道及膨胀弯计划铺设与实际铺设的工期对比,分析存在差异的原因,探讨提升海上安装效率的措施,为其他海上安装项目提升效率提供经验借鉴。
The factors affecting the offshore installation efficiency of submarine pipelines and spool pieces include scheme design, ship capacity, weather and sea conditions, equipment standby and personnel quality. By studying the comparison between the planned laying and actual laying of submarine pipelines and spool pieces in the second phase development project of WZ11-2 oilfield in the western South China Sea, the paper analyzes the reasons for the differences, discusses the measures to improve the efficiency of offshore installation, and provides experience for other offshore installation projects to improve the efficiency.
