文旅融合背景下百泉书院的保护与建设研究

百泉书院在河南辉县,隶属于涵盖苏门山和百泉湖的百泉景区。目前,国家、省、市、县各级层面对百泉书院保护建设与文旅融合发展提供了诸多政策支持,取得了一定成效。但同时也存在诸多问题:文物考古勘探与鉴定工作进展缓慢;建设与规划自主权不够充分;书院历史地位和文化精神阐释有待加强与挖掘;书院与其他景区存在孤立与割裂;资金投入及生态保护有待提高;宣传力度与文化产品供给不足等。因此,应统筹百泉书院遗址考古与周边景区保护建设;加快百泉书院总体规划进度,履行辉县主体责任;以研学为基,促进百泉书院文旅产业融合提升;打通行政区域界限,“串珠成链”,助力乡村振兴;加强人才引进及培育,增加资金投入;擦亮“百泉书院”品牌,优化提升书院文旅供给等,以助益高质量发展导向下书院文化传承与全域旅游发展工作。

BaiquanAcademy, located in Huixian County, Henan Province, is part of the Baiquan Scenic Area covering SumenMountain and BaiquanLake.At present, the State, Province, City and County levels have provided a lot of policy support for the protection and construction of BaiquanAcademy and the integrated development of culture and tourism, which has achieved certain results.But at the same time, it also faces many problems: the progress of archaeological exploration and identification is slow;Construction and planning autonomy is not sufficient;The historical status of the academy and the interpretation of its cultural spirit need to be strengthened and explored;The academy is isolated from other scenic spots.Capital investment and ecological protection need to be improved;Publicity efforts and insufficient supply of cultural products.Therefore, it is necessary to coordinate the archaeology of Baiquan Academy site and the protection and construction of surrounding scenic spots;Accelerate the overall planning progress of Baiquan Academy and fulfill the main responsibilities of Huixian County;To promote the integration and promotion of cultural and tourism industries of Baiquan Academy based on research;Open the boundaries of administrative areas, "beads into chains",to help rural revitalization;Strengthen talent introduction and cultivation, increase capital investment;Polish the brand of "Baiquan Academy",optimize and improve the supply of academy cultural travel, etc.,in order to help the academy cultural inheritance and regional tourism development under the guidance of high-quality development.
