不同营养液配方及栽培基质对兰屿肉桂幼苗生长的影响

摘要 兰屿肉桂Cinnamomum kotoense,属于樟科樟属常绿乔木,原产于我国,是良好的盆栽观叶树种和园景树种。为了更好发挥兰屿肉桂的价值,提高栽培方法多样性,研究设置2个营养液配方,并使用不同的浓度和不同栽培基质,探究其对肉桂幼苗水培生长的影响。结果发现配方2(Ca(NO_(3))_(2)945mg·L^(-1)、K_(2)SO_(4)440 mg·L^(-1)、KH_(2)PO_(4)350 mg·L^(-1)、MgSO_(4)400 mg·L^(-1)、FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O 7.000 mg·L^(-1)、EDTA-2Na 9.300 mg·L^(-1)、H3BO30.075 mg·L^(-1))稀释500倍处理下水培兰屿肉桂幼苗根系生长效果最好,配方2稀释700倍处理下茎干叶生长效果总体最佳、生长量最佳,配方2稀释900倍处理下新芽萌发数目最多。总体而言使用配方2进行水培表现更好。各组营养液p H和电导率规律性不明显。使用不同栽培基质时,使用陶粒的水培兰屿肉桂生长明显优于使用石块和彩陶。 Cinnamomum kotoense is a kind of evergreen tree species from Cinnamomum genus,Lauraceae family.C.kotoense is originated from China and can be used as a kind of ornamental foliage plant and landscape tree.Meanwhile,it is also widely used in medical fields and perfume industry.In order to take advantage of the potential of C.kotoense and improve the the diversity of cultivation,this paper focuses on effects of different formulations of nutrient solutions and different cultivating matrices in cultivating seedlings.The optimal formulation and concentration of nutrient solution for root growing is Formulation 2(Ca(NO3)2945 mg·L^(-1)、K_(2)SO_(4)440 mg·L^(-1)、KH_(2)PO_(4)350 mg·L^(-1)、MgSO_(4)400 mg·L^(-1)、Fe SO4·7H_(2)O 7.000 mg·L^(-1)、EDTA-2Na 9.300 mg·L^(-1)、H3BO30.075 mg·L^(-1))diluting with 500 dilution ratio.As for stem and foliage growth and biomass of the seedlings,the optimal one is Formulation 2 diluting with 700 dilution ratio.Meanwhile,the optimal one for improving sprouting of seedlings is Formulation 2 diluting with 900 dilution ratio.Generally,Formulation2 behaves better in cultivating seedlings of C.kotoense.p H and electric conductivity of each experimental groups show less differences in tendency.Compared with using stones and colorful ceramisites,using ceramisite as matrices is good for the growth of hydroponic seedlings.These results have a certain reference value in high quality cultivating and improving product quality of C.kotoense.
