摘要
“走出去”是中国企业提高国际竞争能力和成长为具有较强实力跨国公司的必由之路,也是响应“一带一路”国家战略,推动企业发展提升、适应新时代高质量发展的必然选择。然而在开拓海外市场,迈向国际化的同时,也要清醒地认识到海外各种环境差异对工程建设的影响,特别是对于EPC项目,一方面要求承包商有整合海内外资源的能力,另一方面需要化解更多的风险。因此,如何完善海外EPC项目管理办法,推动项目风险管理方式升级,是企业国际化发展的关键所在。
"Going global"is the only way for Chinese enterprises to improve their international competitiveness and grow into strong multinational companies.It is also an inevitable choice to respond to the"the Belt and Road"national strategy,promote the development of enterprises and adapt to high-quality development in the new era.However,while expanding overseas markets and moving towards internationalization,we should also be soberly aware of the impact of various overseas environmental differences on project construction,especially for EPC projects.On the one hand,contractors are required to have the ability to integrate domestic and foreign resources,on the other hand,more risks need to be resolved.Therefore,how to improve the overseas EPC project management methods and promote the upgrading of project risk management methods is the key to the international development of enterprises.
