摘要
介绍了适应冷弯型钢用户后续直接涂装、酸洗热镀锌、酸洗电泳涂装等不同防腐方式及不同屈强比控制要求的对应热轧钢带产品的开发。通过优化成分及热轧工艺参数控制氧化铁皮厚度及结构改善产品直接涂装质量;通过优化Si的控制实现锌层厚度和锌层附着力的优化控制和电泳涂装高表面质量要求控制;采用中低C-Mn成分设计优化轧制工艺参数控制屈强比在0.70~0.80之间,通过低C-Mn、Ti微合金化控制屈强比在0.75~0.85之间。通过优化冷却路径控制配合微中浪改善板型,满足冷弯型钢客户对热轧钢带的质量要求。
It introduced the development of hot-rolled steel strip products which are suitable for welded pipe and cold-formed steel users to apply direct coated,pickled hot galvanized,pickled electrodeposition coated and so on.By optimized composition and rolled process parameters to control the thickness and structure of iron oxide for improve the quality of products for the direct coated uses;By optimized the control of Si,the optimization control of zinc layer thickness and adhesion and the control of high surface quality requirements of electrophoretic coated are realized.The yield ratios controlled between 0.70 and 0.80 by used low and medium C-Mn composition design and optimized rolled process parameters.The yield ratio controlled between 0.75 and 0.85 by low C-Mn and Ti micro alloyed.By optimized the cooling path control with small medium wave to improve the plate shape,to meet the quality requirements of hot rolled steel strip for the cold-formed sectional steel customers.
