中天钢铁1580 m^(3)高炉添加热压铁块生产实践

摘要 随着中国钢铁产能的增加以及国家“双碳”目标的提出,高炉内添加热压铁块、海绵铁改变原料结构变为一种趋势,从而达到降耗、增产、降本的目的。通过高炉添加热压铁块实践计算得出,吨铁添加40 kg热压铁块,铁块收得率95.53%,焦比下降10 kg/t,增产约4.1%;添加热压铁块后,低于50 kg/t时煤气利用率变化不明显,高于60 kg/t时则影响煤气利用率高达1%~1.5%。高炉用热压铁块期间,对高炉炉况及冶炼参数的影响不明。 With the increase of China's steel production capacity and the national double carbon target,the addition of hot pressed iron and sponge iron in the blast furnace to change the raw material structure becomes a trend,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing consumption,increasing production and reducing costs.In this paper,through the practice of adding hot pressed iron to the blast furnace,it is calculated that adding 40 kg of hot pressed iron to a ton of iron results in 95.53%iron yield,10 kg/t drop in coke ratio and 4.1%increase in production;when adding hot pressed iron briquettes,the change in gas utilisation rate is not obvious below 50 kg/t,and above 60 kg/t,it affects the gas utilisation rate by up to 1%~1.5%.The effect on the furnace condition and smelting parameters of the blast furnace during the period of using hot pressed iron briquettes is unknown.
