摘要
立足河钢集团宣钢公司150 t转炉1号连铸机实际生产情况,对连铸切后辊道传统接触器控制方式进行创新优化,通过以变频器方式控制切后辊道电机转动速度,调整铸坯运动状态,从而减少铸坯表面划痕,提高铸坯整体质量,还能有效降低切后电机维修频次,提高切后辊道电机运转时间,确保连铸机高效、稳定生产运行。
Based on the actual production situation of a company in Hegang Group,this paper innovates and optimizes the traditional contactor control mode of the post cutting roller table of continuous casting.By controlling the rotation speed of the post cutting roller table motor and adjusting the motion state of the slab,the paper reduces the scratches on the slab surface,improves the overall quality of the slab,effectively reduces the maintenance frequency of the post cutting motor,improves the operation time of the post cutting roller table motor,and ensures the high efficiency Stable production operation.
