连续退火线调功器的工作模式和特性分析

摘要 退火炉在冶金行业中作为一种热处理工艺设备有着广泛的应用,其作用是降低带钢的硬度、改善切削加工性能、消除组织缺陷等;其中,均热炉一般采用氢气和氮气混合气氛,通过控制炉温和气氛,将带钢加热到规定的温度下进行脱碳和再结晶。以往企业大多采用常规仪表加接触器的断续控制,由于接触器频繁通断,常常出现触点烧灼,甚至造成触点粘合,导致发生电源短路事故。随着国民经济的发展,以晶闸管为核心的调功器在炉窑加热系统中得到了快速的发展和应用,不仅具有较高的温度控制精度,而且具有高集成度、控制模式丰富的特点。详细介绍了调功器各种工作模式,分析了在各种运行模式时输出信号的特性,最后通过对比各种运行模式的优缺点,优化了调功器的运行方式,改善了退火炉调温性能和工艺温度的稳定性,为连续退火线的稳定运行提供了设备支撑。 The annealing furnace is widely used as the equipment for heat treatment technology in the iron and steel industry,to reduce the hardness of the strip steel、improve the cutting performance、eliminate organizational defects,etc.;where the uniform heat furnace generally uses a mixture of hydrogen and nitrogen atmosphere,by controlling the furnace temperature and atmosphere,the strip is heated to a specified temperature for decarburization and recrystallization.In the past,the enterprises mostly used conventional instrumentation plus contactor intermittent control,which often resulted in contact burnout and even contact bonding due to frequent contactor on/off,and leaded to power short circuit accidents.With the development of the national economy,the thyristor-based power controller has been rapidly developed and applied in the furnace heating system,not only has a high temperature control accuracy,but also has a high degree of integration and various control mode characteristics.The article describes the various operating modes of the power controller in detail,and analyzes the characteristics of the output signal in various operating modes,and finally by comparing the advantages and disadvantages the operating mode of the power controller is optimized to improve the temperature regulation performance of the annealing furnace and the stability of the process temperature,which provides equipment support for the stable operation of the continuous annealing line.
