“十四五”时期学校体育高质量发展策略研究——以湖南省为例

Strategies for the High-Quality Development of School Sports in the 14th Five-Year Plan Period(2021-2025)——Taking Hunan Province as an Example

“十三五”时期湖南学校体育在强化党的领导、推动内涵变革、校园足球建设及学生体质提升等方面取得的成就,为“十四五”时期湖南学校体育发展创造了历史条件。为全面推动湖南学校体育高质量发展,研究提出坚持和加强党的全面领导、构建“家校社政”学校体育与健康共同体、加强学校体育研究成果转化促进学校体育均衡发展、对接体育课“四位一体”目标等四个发展策略。

The achievements of school sports in Hunan province during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,such as strengthening the leadership of the Party,promoting internal changes,building school football and improving students’physical fitness,have created historical conditions for the development of school sports in hunan in the 14 th Five-Year Plan period.These achievements create historical conditions for the school sports development in the 14 th Five-year Plan period.In order to comprehensively push forward the high-quality development of school sports in Hunan,it is necessary to adhere to and strengthen the overall leadership of the Party,to build a“family-school-society-government”community of school sports and health,to improve the transformation of school sports research results and promote the balanced development of school sports and to correspond with the“four-in-one”goal of PE course.
