水稻秸秆制备抗紫外线液体地膜研究 被引量:3

摘要 以水稻秸秆为原料,将其进行化学改性制备羧甲基纤维素,然后与丙烯酸接枝聚合制备高吸水树脂,充分利用这两种物质,以羧甲基纤维素为黏度改进剂、高吸水树脂为保水剂、黄原胶和聚乙烯醇为稳定剂、六偏磷酸钠为分散剂、戊二醛为交联剂,添加复合紫外线屏蔽剂经过交联聚合制备抗紫外线液体地膜。详细研究了各种助剂的添加对液体地膜黏度的影响,最终得出如下最佳配比:羧甲基纤维素质量比为5%,聚乙烯醇质量比为0.2%,黄原胶质量比为0.2%,高吸水树脂质量比为2%,六偏磷酸钠的质量比为0.6%,交联剂的质量比为2%,抗紫外线助剂的质量比为0.5%。对最佳条件下的液体地膜和普通液体地膜进行紫外老化实验对比研究,发现添加紫外线助剂后能显著提高其抗紫外线性能。 In this paper,rice straw was used as raw material,which was chemically modified to prepare carboxymethyl cellulose,and then grafted and polymerized with acrylic acid to prepare super absorbent polymer.By making full use of these two substances with the addition of compound UV shielding agent,the UV-resistant liquid mulch was prepared by cross-linking polymerization with carboxymethyl cellulose as viscosity improver,super absorbent polymer as water retention agent,xanthan gum and polyvinyl alcohol as stabilizer,sodium hexametaphosphate as dispersant,and glutaraldehyde as cross-linking agent.The effect of the addition of various additives on the viscosity of the liquid mulch was studied in detail,and the following optimal mass ratios were finally obtained:5%carboxymethyl cellulose,0.2%polyvinyl alcohol,0.2%xanthan gum,2%super absorbent polymer,0.6%sodium hexametaphosphate,2%crosslinker and 0.5%anti ultraviolet additive.A comparative study of UV aging experiments on UV resistant liquid mulch and ordinary liquid mulch revealed that the addition of UV additives significantly improved their UV resistance performance.
