摘要
通过对比对甲氧基苯甲醛(PMBA)各种合成工艺路线的优缺点,最终选择对羟基苯甲醛(PHBA)的碳酸二甲酯(DMC)甲基化法工艺进行研究,通过工艺优化研究确定最佳工艺条件为:以ZSM-5型分子筛为催化剂,n(PHBA)∶n(DMC)=1∶4,m(PHBA)∶m(ZSM-5)=1∶0.1,反应温度为145℃,反应时间为5 h,此条件下PHBA转化率高达99.0%以上,PMBA的选择性大于96%,催化剂ZSM-5可循环套用,反应无废水和废固产生,实现绿色合成目标。
By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various synthetic process routes of p-methoxybenzaldehyde(PMBA),the dimethyl carbonate(DMC)methylation process of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(PHBA)was finally selected for research,and determined through process optimization research,the best process conditions are:ZSM-5 molecular sieve as catalyst,n(PHBA)∶n(DMC)=1∶4,m(PHBA)∶m(ZSM-5)=1∶0.1,reaction temperature is 145℃,the reaction time is 5 h,the conversion rate of PHBA is as high as 99.0%or more,and the selectivity of PMBA is more than 96%.
