摘要
确定了化学共沉淀法制得四氧化三铁的最佳工艺条件为:n(Fe^(3+))∶n(Fe^(2+))=1∶2,铁盐浓度0.7 mol/L,反应温度45℃,反应时间30 min。通过化学分析法得到四氧化三铁纯度90.9%,产品合成阶段铁元素回收率99.5%,XRD表征结果显示,所获得的产品有其他成分,TG表征结果显示产品热稳定性一般,但是产品铁含量符合氧化铁黑颜料标准的要求。
The optimum conditions for the preparation of ferric oxide by chemical co-precipitation were determined as follows:n(Fe^(3+))∶n(Fe^(2+))=1∶2,ferric salt concentration 0.7 mol/L,reaction temperature 45℃,reaction time 30 min.Through chemical analysis,the purity of ferric oxide was 90.9%,and the recovery rate of iron element was 99.5%in the product synthesis stage.XRD results showed that the product obtained had other components.TG characterization results showed that the thermal stability of the product was general.But the iron content of the product meets the requirements of the standard of iron oxide black pigment.
