关于易燃液体闪点、初沸点、饱和蒸气压与爆炸极限关系的研究

当前,在化工行业中,无论是理论研究还是实际生产使用对易燃液体安全知识的了解都十分重要,其安全生产管理是当今化工行业的重要组成部分。易燃液体由于其本身的理化特性决定它属于一个危险性极高的化学品,其闪点、初沸点、挥发的蒸汽都会影响到它爆炸危险指数的高低,因此研究易燃液体的爆炸极限影响因素,在企业安全生产管理中能更好地达到安全生产安全性的要求。本文通过分析相关易燃液体的闪点、初沸点、饱和蒸气压、爆炸极限的试验数据得出这三因素与其爆炸极限之间存在的关系,进而了解其在日常生产、使用、储存、运输中的安全生产和防护知识。

At present,in the chemical industry,both theoretical research and practical production and use of flammable liquid safety knowledge is very important,its safety production management is an important part of today’s chemical industry.Flammable liquid because of its physical and chemical nature itself it belongs to a very dangerous chemicals,the flash point,initial boiling point,volatile steam will affect the explosion danger index of high and low,so the influence factors of explosion limit of flammable liquid in enterprise’s safety production management can better meet the requirements of safety in production safety.By analyzing the experimental data of flash point,initial boiling point,saturated vapor pressure and explosion limit of the relevant flammable liquid,the relationship between these three factors and the explosion limit is obtained,so as to understand the safety production and protection knowledge in daily production,use,storage and transportation.
