摘要
全面概述将葡萄糖氧化为葡萄糖酸、葡萄糖二酸的氧化体系。对葡萄糖氧化研究进行了总结,按照氧化方式将其分为生物发酵法、化学氧化法、光催化氧化和电催化氧化,并指出各个氧化方法的优缺点,根据催化体系存在的问题,提出了葡萄糖氧化体系的发展趋势。
There is a lot of focus on developing sustainable catalytic processes for the production of chemicals(biofuels,biological products,etc.)from biomass.This review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of oxidation systems for the oxidation of glucose to gluconic acid and gluconic acid.The research on glucose oxidation was summarized,and it was divided into biological fermentation,chemical oxidation,photocatalytic oxidation and electrocatalytic oxidation according to the oxidation methods.The advantages and disadvantages of each oxidation method were pointed out,and the development trend of glucose oxidation system was put forward according to the existing problems of the catalytic system.
