摘要
目前化妆品的包材的主要消毒方式是使用高浓度臭氧(15 mg/kg以上),消毒30 min以上达到杀灭包材内表面的微生物;在高浓度臭氧消毒的作用下臭氧会对消毒间内设施设备有较大的老化,如消毒间内的电线,彩钢板面漆会被氧化导致生锈;在包材消毒整个过程中从浓度达到15 mg/kg,再维持恒定浓度30 min,消毒完成后排空置换气,整个过程大约需要1 h左右,包材的消毒时间过长,特别对于大件包材周转所需场地较大;使用高强度紫外线对广口化妆品包材进行消毒,能实现短时间完成包材消毒;这种内包材消毒方式占地小,用时短,能够实现在10~20 s内完成单个包材消毒,达到在线消毒,减少化妆品包材的搬运,占地大的问题。
At present,the main disinfection method of cosmetic packaging materials is to use high concentration ozone(above 15 mg/kg)to disinfect for more than 30 min to kill microorganisms on the inner surface of packaging materials.Under the effect of high concentration ozone disinfection,the facilities and equipment in the disinfection room will be greatly aged by ozone.For example,the wires in the disinfection room and the finish paint of color steel plate will be oxidized and lead to rust.During the whole process of packaging material disinfection,the concentration reaches 15 mg/kg,and then maintains a constant concentration for 30 min.After disinfection,it will be left vacant for air exchange.The whole process will take about 1 h.The disinfection time of packaging materials is too long,especially for large packaging materials,which require a large space for turnover.Using high-intensity ultraviolet ray to disinfect the packaging materials of wide mouth cosmetics can realize the sterilization of packaging materials in a short time.This internal packaging material disinfection method occupies a small area and takes a short time.It can complete the disinfection of a single packaging material within 10~20 s,achieve online disinfection,and reduce the handling of cosmetic packaging materials,which has a large area.
