气田含甲醇废水处理装置的优化改进措施

摘要 从气田注醇的目的出发,介绍气田甲醇污水回收装置关键参数的优化控制,分析某气田醇的含量,按照单塔或双塔的流程对比,结合实际的工艺特点分析,调整优化工艺流程,从而增加工艺装置的处理规模的覆盖范围、增强了装置适应组分变化的能力,降低了装置环保的压力,实现了装置优化运行的目的,对类似净化厂的建设有一定的借鉴作用。 Starting from the purpose of gas field alcohol injection,this paper introduces the optimization and improvement of the key parameter optimization control of gas field methanol wastewater recovery unit,analyzes the alcohol content of a gas field,adjusts and optimizes the process flow according to the process comparison of single tower or double tower,combined with the actual process characteristics,so as to increase the coverage of the treatment scale of the process unit.The ability of the unit to adapt to component changes is enhanced,the pressure of environmental protection is reduced,and the purpose of optimal operation of the unit is realized,which can be used as a reference for the construction of similar purification plants.
