摘要
目的研究紫丁香叶Syringa oblata L.的化学成分。方法对紫丁香叶75%乙醇提取物利用硅胶柱色谱、ODS反相柱色谱和制备型高效液相色谱等进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到20个化合物,分别鉴定为syringalactone B(1)、10-hydroxyligstroside(2)、sclerochitonoside A(3)、methyloleoside 7-ethyl ester(4)、2,2-dimethyl-2 H-1-benzopyran-6-ol(5)、tetracentronside B(6)、环橄榄树脂素(7)、meso-2,3-di(3′,4′-methylenedioxybenzyl)butane-1,4-diol(8)、羟基酪醇乙酰酯(9)、2-(4-hydroxyphenethyl)acetate(10)、4-hydroxyphenethyl 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetate(11)、bungein A(12)、staphylionoside D(13)、icariside C3(14)、7-hydroxy-1-isochromanone(15)、megastigmane(16)、铁冬青酸(17)、2α,3α,23-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(18)、坡模酸(19)、木姜子醇(20)。结论化合物5~6、8、10~11、13~15、18、20首次从木犀科植物中分离得到,化合物9、12首次从丁香属植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from leaves of Syringa oblata L..METHODS The 75%ethanol extract from S.oblata was isolated and purified by silica gel,ODS and preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Twenty compounds were isolated and identified as syringalactone B(1),10-hydroxyligstroside(2),sclerochitonoside A(3),methyloleoside 7-ethyl ester(4),2,2-dimethyl-2 H-1-benzopyran-6-ol(5),tetracentronside B(6),cycloolivil(7),meso-2,3-di(3′,4′-methylenedioxybenzyl)butane-1,4-diol(8),hydroxytyrosol acetate(9),2-(4-hydroxyphenethyl)acetate(10),4-hydroxyphenethyl 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetate(11),bungein A(12),staphylionoside D(13),icariside C3(14),7-hydroxy-1-isochromanone(15),megastigmane(16),rotundic acid(17),2α,3α,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(18),pomolic acid(19)and listeanol(20).CONCLUSION Compounds 5-6,8,10-11,13-15,18,20 are isolated from the Oleaceae for the first time,compounds 9,12 are isolated from the genus Syringa for the first time.
