摘要
安全可控化是当前防爆装置改造升级中的重要设计要素,以设计一种安全可靠、自动便捷的烟花爆竹生产车间防爆装置为研究切入点,探讨了设计方向和拟解决的问题,结合嵌入式技术、电子技术、传感技术为一体设计了一款车间防爆装置系统,总结了该系统具有响应速度快、检测准确率高、安全可靠性牢的优势,以期为提升当前烟花爆竹车间安全质量提供一定的参考。
Safety controllability is an important design element in the current transformation and upgrading of explosionproof devices. Taking the design of a safe, reliable, automatic and convenient explosion-proof device for fireworks and firecrackers production workshop as the research entry point, the design direction and problems to be solved are discussed.Combining embedded technology, electronic technology and sensor technology, a workshop explosion-proof device system is designed. It is summarized that the system has fast response speed, high detection accuracy The advantages of good safety and reliability are expected to provide some reference for improving the safety quality of current fireworks and firecracker workshops.
