H-O-S理论融合下我国群众冰雪运动发展模型与策略探析

The Exploration and Analysis on the Development Model and Strategy of Mass Ice and Snow Sports in China under the Integration of H-O-S Theory

北京冬奥会的全面筹备与成功举行,有效带动了我国群众冰雪运动热潮,但在后冬奥时期,如何进一步实现群众冰雪运动的优化发展仍是十分重要的课题。通过借鉴H-O-S理论,在对比我国同冰雪体育强国存在的差距基础上,结合实际情况构建我国群众冰雪运动发展水平模型。提出要重视加强我国冰雪资源的整合能力,扩充冰雪资源储量,通过同步整合群众冰雪运动的内部、外部资源,围绕场地建设、产业布局、人才培养、市场细分、高端制造、冰雪活动等多个方面,科学制定整体发展策略,以期实现我国群众冰雪运动的高质量发展,推进冰雪强国和健康中国建设。

The comprehensive preparation and successful holding of the Beijing Winter Olympics has effectively driven the mass ice and snow sports boom in China, but in the post Winter Olympics period, how to further realize the optimization development of mass ice and snow sports is still a very important issue. By using the H-O-S theory for reference, on the basis of comparing the gap between China and the leading ice and snow sports nations, and combining with the actual situation, constructing a model of the development level of mass ice and snow sports in China based on the actual situation. This paper proposes that it should attach importance to strengthening the integration ability of China’s ice and snow resources, expanding ice and snow resource reserves,and scientifically formulating overall development strategies by synchronously integrating internal and external resources of mass ice and snow sports, focusing on venue construction, industrial layout, talent training, market segmentation, high-end manufacturing, ice and snow activities and other aspects, in order to achieve high-quality development of mass ice and snow sports in China and promote the construction of a leading ice and snow nation and a healthy China.
