The Examination and Mitigation Paths of the Integration Problem of Sports and Medicine in Heilongjiang Province——Promotion of Mass Winter Sports under the Healthy China Initiative

体医融合是通过整合体育与医疗系统资源,提高健康服务效益,最终促进全民健康水平提升的一种协同方式。在健康中国战略导向下,通过文献资料与实地调研,探析黑龙江省冬季运动领域中体医融合存在的多重问题与纾解路径。认为传统医疗惯习误识是难以去除的藩篱,复合型人力资本短缺是亟待突破的瓶颈,医疗部门利益固化是难以克服的缺陷,医疗行业壁垒坚固是难以突破的障碍。提出提升龙江体疗的场域地位,为体医融合达成理念共识;培养龙江复合型人力资本,为体医融合提供技术支撑;实现对称性利益分配,为龙江体医融合提供利益驱动;推进龙江跨部门协同治理,为体医融合提供制度保障,是推进黑龙江省冬季运动领域中体医融合的有效路径,有利于增强龙江人民的冬季运动健康素养,助力健康龙江建设。

The integration of sports and medicine is a collaborative way by integrating sports and medical system resources, improving the efficiency of health services, and ultimately promoting the improvement of the health level of mass people. Under the strategic guidance of Health China, this paper explores the multiple problems and mitigation paths of physical medical integration in the winter sports field of Heilongjiang Province through the ways of literature review and field research. It is believed that the traditional medical habitual misunderstanding is a barrier that is difficult to remove, the shortage of compound human capital is a bottleneck that needs to be broken through urgently, the solidification of the interests of the medical sector is a defect that cannot be overcome, and the solid barriers in the medical industry are obstacles that cannot be broken through. It is proposed to improve the field status of Heilongjiang physical therapy and reach a conceptual consensus for the integration of physical and medicine;cultivate Heilongjiang compound human capital to provide technical support for the integration of sports and medicine;realize the distribution of symmetrical benefits, and provide interest-driven for the integration of sports and medicine in Heilongjiang. Promoting the cross-departmental collaborative governance of Heilongjiang and providing institutional guarantee for the integration of sports and medicine is an effective way to promote the integration of sports and medicine in the field of winter sports in Heilongjiang Province, which is conducive to enhancing the health literacy of Heilongjiang people in winter sports and helping to build a healthy Heilongjiang.
