内皮蛋白、兜甲蛋白及角蛋白2e在三种鱼鳞病表皮中的表达

Expression of involucrin,loricrin and keratin 2e in the epidermis of three kinds of ichthyosis

目的比较角蛋白鱼鳞病(KPI)与寻常型鱼鳞病(IV)和板层状鱼鳞病(LI)内皮蛋白(involucrin)、兜甲蛋白(loricrin)及角蛋白2e(K2e)的表达是否存在差异,与角化过度程度不一是否存在一定关系。方法以正常人为对照组,利用免疫组化半定量分析检测KPI、IV、LI三组患者表皮involucrin、loricrin及K2e的表达,并进行统计学分析。结果involucrin阳性细胞PU值:IV组(0.221±0.012)高于正常对照(0.144±0.011),其次是LI(0.128±0.008),KPI(0.113±0.008)最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。loricrin阳性细胞PU值:IV组(0.251±0.011)高于正常对照(0.207±0.030),其次是LI(0.170±0.012),KPI组(0.152±0.009)最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。K2e阳性细胞PU值:IV(0.241±0.013)高于KPI(0.130±0.021),两者均高于正常对照(0.115±0.008)和LI(0.114±0.008),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而正常对照组与LI组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论KPI与IV、LI患者中involucrin、loricrin及K2e的表达存在统计学差异。IV角化程度最轻,KPI最为严重,与上述蛋白的代偿性增多差异可能存在一定关系。

Objective To compare expressions of involucrin,loricrin and K2 e in patients with KPI,IV and LI to health controls,and analyse whether there is a relationship between the degree of hyperkeratosis and these proteins.Methods Expressions of involucrin,loricin and K2 e in the epidermis of three groups were detected by immunohistochemical semiquantitative analysis with normal people as the control.Then data was analyzed statistical differences all.Results There were differences among these three proteins.These results of comparison between two groups by Bonferroni method were as follows:the PU value of involucrin positive cells:IV(0.221±0.012)was higher than that of normal control(0.144±0.011),followed by LI(0.128±0.008),KPI(0.113±0.008)was the lowest,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01);The PU value of loricrin positive cells:IV(0.251±0.011)was higher than that of normal control(0.207±0.030),followed by LI(0.170±0.012),and KPI(0.152±0.008)was the lowest,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The PU of K2 e positive cells:IV(0.241±0.013)was higher than KPI(0.130±0.021).Both of them were higher than these of the normal controls(0.115±0.008)and LI(0.114±0.008).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no statistical difference between normal control and LI(P>0.05).Conclusions There were differences of expression of involucrin,loricrin and K2 e among KPI,IV and LI patients.The degree of keratinization of IV is the lightest among them,while KPI is the most serious,which may be related to the difference in the compensatory increase of the above proteins.
