摘要
本文基于对湖北省碳排放现状的分析,针对湖北省科技创新支撑碳达峰存在新能源技术利用率偏低、低碳技术工业化应用不足、行业企业绿色转型动力不足、绿色技术创新体系尚未成型等问题,提出了碳达峰科技理论支撑、明确重点行业科技减排路径、构建湖北省碳达峰科技支撑体系、开展低碳科技创新国际合作等对策建议,为科技支撑助力湖北省早日实现碳达峰提供一定的借鉴作用。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of carbon emissions in Hubei Province, this paper proposes the theoretical support for carbon peaks, the construction of Hubei’s carbon peaks science and technology support system, the clarification of key industries’ science and technology emission reduction paths, and the development of international cooperation in low-carbon science and technology innovation, in respons e to the problems of low utilization of new energy technologies,insufficient industrial application of low-carbon technologies, ambiguous green transformation paths of industrial enterprises, and the lack of systematic capacity of green technology innovation. The proposals are intended to help Hubei Province achieve the carbon peak as soon as possible.
