摘要
目的:建立太子参药材中多糖含量的测定方法。方法:采用水提醇沉法和苯酚-硫酸显色法,以D-无水葡萄糖为对照品,在488 nm处用紫外—可见分光光度仪测定太子参多糖的含量。结果:15批太子参中多糖含量在16.96%~27.40%,平均含量为20.43%。结论:此方法提取时间短、操作简单、重复性好,适用于太子参中多糖的含量测定,可为太子参质量标准的完善提供参考。
We established a method for the determination of polysaccharide in Pseudostellariae radix.The content of polysaccharide in Pseudostellariae radix was determined by UV-vis spectrophotometry at 488 nm with D-anhydrous glucose as the control.The content of polysaccharide in 15 batches of Pseudostellariae radix ranged from 16.96% to 27.40%,and the average content was 20.43%.The method has the advantages of short extraction time, simple operation and good repeatability.It is suitable for the determination of polysaccharide content in Pseudostellariae radix, and can provide reference for the improvement of the quality standard of Pseudostellariae radix.
