摘要
现代混凝土是建立在混凝土化学外加剂和矿物掺合料两大混凝土科学技术发展基础上的六组分混凝土。随着混凝土原材料的不断丰富,混凝土在高强度、远距离、高落差运输等方面得到了发展。但是混凝土入仓难、浇筑后混凝土结构裂缝等问题不断出现。通过对原材料、混凝土配合比设计及混凝土浇筑施工等现状的分析,阐述了现代混凝土存在的问题,并提出了预防和解决相关问题的措施。
Modern concrete is a six-component concrete based on the scientific and technological development of concrete including chemical additives and mineral additives. With the continuous enrichment of concrete raw materials, concrete has been developed in high strength, long distance, high drop transportation and other aspects.However, problems such as difficulty in putting concrete into warehouse and cracks in concrete structure occur continuously after pouring. Through the analysis of the present situation of raw materials, concrete mix design and concrete pouring construction, this paper elaborates the problems existing in modern concrete, and puts forward the measures to prevent and solve the relevant problems.
