瑞丽江一级水电站机组导轴承调瓦结构技术改造

摘要 阐述瑞丽江一级电站水轮发电机组原上导、下导在实际运行中调瓦结构存在的问题,对存在的问题进行了分析,结合机组结构特点和比对目前混流式机组的导轴承调瓦结构,通过加强结构本体强度,改善调瓦结构刚度,对上下导轴承结构进行更新优化,从而解决问题,使机组运行更为稳定。 This paper describes the problems existing in the structure of regulating watt of the uppper guide bearing and the lower guide bearing of the turbine-generator unit of Ruilijiang Ⅰ Hydropower Station in actual operation, and analyses the existing problems. Combining with the structure characteristics of the unit and the guide bearing adjusting structure of the current mixed flow unit, this paper updates and optimizes the upper and lower guide bearing structure by strengthening the strength of the structure body and improving the rigidity of the guide bearing adjusting structure, which solve the problem and make the unit run more stable.
