安全生产标准化在新建中型水库实施中的思考

Consideration on Standardization of Safety Production in Implementation of New Medium-sized Reservoir

水利工程具有建设周期性强、施工环境恶劣、任务重、时间紧等特征,随着新《安全生产法》的施行,项目法人开展安全生产标准化达标创建愈发重要。以白衣河新建中型水库工程为例,总结了项目在安全生产标准化达标创建过程中存在的问题,并提出相应建议,推动基层水利项目法人安全生产标准化达标创建工作高效开展。

LWater conservancy projects are characterized by strong construction cycle, harsh construction environment, heavy tasks and tight time. With the implementation of new Safety Production Law, it is more and more important for project legal person to carry out the establishment of standardized production safety standards.Taking Baiyihe New Medium-sized Reservoir Project as an example, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of establishing safety production standardization standard, and puts forward corresponding suggestions to promote the establishment of safety production standardization standard for legal person of basic water conservancy project to be carried out efficiently.
