摘要
运维人员利用在线监测装置采集不同负荷下水轮发电机组的振动摆度数据,采用趋势分析思想,对不同厂家、不同型号的机组进行振动摆度趋势分析,分析得出机组在不同水头下、全负荷段的运行工况变化趋势,指导水电厂运维人员全面掌握机组运行工况、动态划分机组振动区、合理安排机组运行方式,对提高机组可靠性、延长机组运行寿命具有重要的意义。
Operation and maintenance personnel use on-line monitoring device to collect vibration swing data of hydraulic generator unit under different loads. With the idea of trend analysis, this paper carries out vibration swing trend analysis for units of different manufacturers and models. The variation trend of operating conditions of units under different water heads and at full load section is analyzed and obtained, which guides the operators and maintenance personnel of hydropower plant to fully master operating conditions of units, dynamically divide unit vibration area and reasonably arrange unit operation mode. It is of great significance to improve unit reliability and extend unit operating life.
