Application of Intelligent Monitoring System in Zishichong Reservoir Project of Shuangbai County

双柏县子石冲水库工程大坝自身安全问题直接关系着下游人民生命财产和农田的安危,监控体系不仅可以作为检验设计、校核施工和了解大坝安全运行状态的重要手段,也是工程安全运行管理的重要法宝,具有不可替代的作用。依托该水库工程对项目监控体系的设计初衷、应用过程等作出阐释。

The safety of Zishichong Reservoir Project Dam in Shuangbai County is directly related to the life and property of downstream people and the safety of farmland. The monitoring system can not only be used as an important means for checking design, checking construction and understanding safe operation state of dam, but also an important magic weapon for safe operation management of project, and plays an irreplaceable role. Based on the reservoir project, this paper explains the original design intention and application process of the project monitoring system.
