摘要 2019年民航局发布《中国民航北斗卫星导航系统应用实施路线图》,推动北斗卫星导航系统民航应用。为研究融合北斗卫星的地基增强系统(GBAS)新技术在乌鲁木齐“智慧机场”的应用,对GBAS的发展研究现状进行了说明,论证了乌鲁木齐机场GBAS建设的必要性和可行性,在此基础上完成了GBAS技术方案,满足GNSS地基增强I类精密进近的技术需求,为后续乌鲁木齐机场GBAS的相关建设提供了重要的理论依据。 In 2019, the Civil Aviation Administration of China issued the roadmap for the application and implementation of the Beidou satellite navigation system in civil aviation to promote the application of the Beidou satellite navigation system in civil aviation. To study the application of the new technology of ground-based augmentation system(GBAS) integrated with Beidou satellite in Urumqi "smart airport", the development and research status of GBAS is explained, the necessity and feasibility of GBAS construction in Urumqi airport is demonstrated, and the GBAS technical scheme on this basis to meet the technical requirements of GNSS ground-based augmentation system in category-I precision approach is completed. It provides an important theoretical basis for the subsequent construction of Urumqi airport GBAS.
