摘要 针对在野外或城市复杂环境下开展抢险救援行动,救援信息获取不及时、指挥渠道不顺畅、救援进度掌握不全面等问题,结合使用5G通信技术和北斗导航定位技术,以便携式终端和可穿戴设备为信息交互载体,设计一套满足救援队员和指挥人员双方实际需求的轻量级指挥通信系统,以便及时反馈救援现场突发情况、统一指挥调度救援力量、全局共享救援信息和行动态势,有效支撑救援行动快速展开。 In order to solve the problems of not getting information in time, poor command and incompletely progress while carrying out rescue operations in complex urban environment or wild environment, combining the technology of 5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology(5G) with Beidou Satellite System together. Along with the wearable equipment, it is able to establish a lightweight command communication system which can easily satisfy the need of rescuers and commanders. The system can timely feedback the emergency situation at the rescue site, direct rescue forces, and share rescue information and action situation globally, effectively supporting the rescue operations.
