基于无机胶浸渍碳纤维束的拉伸性能研究

摘要 提出了一种主要由钠水玻璃制备的无机胶黏剂,同时为提高该无机胶的整体耐水性能选择甲基硅酸钠作为添加剂,并通过浸胶碳纤维束的拉伸试验结果和浸渍效果确定钠水玻璃与甲基硅酸钠的适宜配比,结果表明:该无机胶适宜配比为每百份无机胶中,钠水玻璃(模数n=3.3)占2/3份,甲基硅酸钠占1/3份。此外,还测试了该无机胶浸渍碳纤维织物在50℃、100℃、200℃下高温拉伸性能,结果表明:在50℃和100℃时,无机胶浸渍的碳纤维束峰值荷载均值相对于常温时分别增加了1.7%和5.5%;而在200℃时,无机胶浸渍的碳纤维束平均拉伸峰值荷载相对于常温时仅下降了3.1%。 In this paper,a kind of inorganic adhesive mainly prepared from sodium silicate is proposed,and sodium methyl silicate is selected as an additive to improve the overall water resistance of the inorganic adhesive.The suitable ratio of sodium silicate to sodium methylsilicate is determined through the tensile test results and impregnation effect of carbon fiber bundles.The results show that the suitable ratio of sodium silicate and sodium methyl silicate is as follows:sodium silicate(modulus n=3.3)accounts for 2 parts per percentage of inorganic adhesive.Sodium methylsilicate accounted for 3 portions of 1 stroke.In addition,the tensile properties of the inorganic adhesive impregnated carbon fiber fabric at 50℃,100℃and 200℃were also tested.The results show that at 50℃and 100℃,the average peak load of carbon fiber bundles impregnated with inorganic glue increased by 1.7%and 5.5%respectively compared with that at room temperature,while at 200℃,the average tensile peak load of carbon fiber bundles impregnated with inorganic glue decreased only 3.1%compared with that at normal temperature.
