摘要
建立了海洋沉积物中硒的测定方法。样品用混合酸分解 ,加入Fe3 +消除干扰 ,用氢化物原子荧光法测海洋沉积物中的硒。选择了仪器的最佳工作条件 ,探讨了共存元素的干扰情况及其消除方法。方法简便、快速、有较好的精确度与准确度。对多种地质标准物质中的硒进行了测定 ,结果与推荐值十分接近 ,对海底沉积物标准物质 (GBW07314)进行11次测定 ,相对标准偏差为6.13 %。
A method to determine Se in marine sediment is proposed in this paper. The samples were digested in the blending of acids, and the Se content in the solution was determined directly by Hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometer, by using the Fe3+ as the removal for the coexist elements. The optimal conditions, and the interference and elimination of coexist elements for the determination of Se are discussed in this paper. This method is simple, rapid, accurate and precise. The results agree well with the recommended values of the different standard materials of geology, with the RSD% , 6.47(n=11), for the marine sediment reference (GBW07314).
