基于红外热成像研究笕桥古法艾灸对阳虚质的干预作用

Study on the Effects of Jianqiao Ancient Moxibustion on Yang Deficiency Based on Infrared Thermal Imaging

[目的]观察笕桥古法艾灸对阳虚质的干预效应及其相对于常规温和灸的优势。[方法]纳入2021年9月至11月招募的阳虚质受试者62例,随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,观察组予以笕桥古法艾灸治疗,对照组予以常规温和灸治疗,每周治疗2次,连续治疗3周。采用阳虚体质量表和督脉红外热成像检测评价两组干预效果,并如实记录相关不良反应。[结果]干预后两组受试者督脉循经红外辐射轨迹更加凸显,且阳虚质转化分、督脉平均热值均优于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组受试者干预前后的阳虚质转化分差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组干预前后的督脉平均热值差值高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应少于对照组。[结论]笕桥古法艾灸与常规温和灸对阳虚质均有较好的干预作用,而且笕桥古法艾灸作用更为显著,安全舒适度更高。

[Objective] To observe the intervention effects and relative advantage of Jianqiao ancient moxibustion in the treatment of patients with Yang deficiency, compared with common mild moxibustion. [Methods] From September to November 2021, sixty-two patients with Yang deficiency were selected and randomly divided into observation group(31 cases) and control group(31 cases). Patients in observation group were treated with Jianqiao ancient moxibustion, while patients in control group were treated with common mild moxibustion, twice a week for 3 weeks. The scores of Yang deficiency constitution quality scale and the infrared thermal imaging of governor vessel were used to evaluate the intervention effects of two groups. The adverse reactions were also recorded. [Results] After treatment, the infrared radiant track along governor vessel of two groups was more obvious, and the scores of Yang deficiency constitution quality scale and average surface calorie values of governor vessel were both significantly better than those before treatment(P <0.05). The difference between two groups before and after treatment in the scores of Yang deficiency constitution quality scale was not significant(P >0.05). Compared with control group, the difference of average surface calorie values of governor vessel in observation group before and after treatment was significant(P<0.05). The adverse reactions in observation group were less than those in control group. [Conclusion] Jianqiao ancient moxibustion and common mild moxibustion can both improve Yang deficiency constitution,and the former has better effect with high safety and comfort.
