摘要
随着我国人口老龄化趋势的加剧,机构养老已成为一种不可或缺的重要的养老模式。机构养老不仅能满足老年人的护理和医疗方面的需求,还能满足老年人的精神和心理方面的需求。养老机构的社工岗位担负着活动策划、心理辅导、情感沟通、关系维护等职责。文章基于人力资源管理的视角和素质冰山理论,运用工作分析、案例分析、现场观察与访谈、问卷调查等方法,从知识、技能、特质、态度和价值观四个维度构建了养老机构社工人才胜任力模型。胜任力模型的应用体现在养老机构、高等学校和社工自身发展三个层面。
With the aggravation of population aging trend in China,it has become an indispensable and important pattern eldly care in nursing home.It can not only meet the nursing and medical needs of the elderly,but also meet the spiritual and psychological needs of the elderly in nursing home.Social workers in in nursing home are responsible for activity planning,psychological counseling,emotional communication and relationship maintenance.Based on the perspective of human resource management and the competency iceberg model,the competence model for social worker in nursing home is constructed from four dimensions of knowledge,skills,traits,attitudes and values by using the methods of job analysis,case analysis,on-site observation and interview,questionnaire,etc.The application of competency model is embodied in three aspects of nursing home,colleges and and social workers.
