摘要
以2003—2019年我国各省份高校科技成果转化面板数据为研究对象,利用熵值法和探索性空间数据分析法探究我国高校科技成果转化水平变化差异及空间结构状态。研究表明:我国高校科技成果转化水平总体较低,且相比于科技成果转化实力和转化条件,科技成果转化效果现状更亟待改善;同时,区域高校科技成果转化水平存在显著空间相关性,且省际空间分异显著。创新高校科技成果转化制度、构建多元成果转化渠道以及调整区域发展战略等措施有助于改善我国高校科技成果转化水平区域非均衡发展状态。
Taking the panel data of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities in 31 provinces and cities in China from 2003 to 2019 as the research object, this paper uses entropy method and exploratory spatial data analysis method to explore the change difference of the transformation level and the state of spatial structure of scientific and technological achievements of colleges and universities in China. The research shows that the transformation level of scientific and technological achievements in Colleges and universities in China is generally low, and the current situation of the transformation effect of scientific and technological achievements needs to be improved, compared with the transformation strength and conditions of scientific and technological achievements. At the same time, there is a significant spatial correlation between the transformation level of scientific and technological achievements in regional colleges and universities, and the spatial differentiation between provinces is significant. The innovation of scientific and technological achievements transformation system in colleges and universities, the construction of diversified achievements transformation channels and the adjustment of regional development strategies are feasible ways to improve the level of scientific and technological achievements transformation in colleges and universities and the regional unbalanced development state.
