外鼻缺损修复重建方法的临床进展

The nose is in the center of the face. External nasal repair is one of the most challenging procedures in clinical practice, due to that the shape and function of the nose need to be reconstructed at the same time. The principles of subunits repair and layered reconstruction should be followed in the repair and reconstruction of external nose defects, while the appropriate treatment methods should be selected according to the actual situation of nose defects and the clinical experience of the operator. At present, there are many methods with its indications, advantages and disadvantages have been applied to nasal repair. The aim of the article is to review the common methods for nasal defects.
