摘要
锂及化合物发生化学反应或核聚变反应能为许多领域提供大量的能量促进其生产发展,对于各国而言都具有重大意义,本文采用磷酸三丁酯(TBP)溶剂萃取法从察尔汗盐湖人工制造老卤中提取锂并展开试验,深入研究萃取法工艺,并阐述试验过程中提锂工艺存在的问题,进行优化选择试验,制定科学合理的解决方案,完善萃取提锂工艺,通过处理分析探索得到最佳萃取条件。
The chemical reaction or nuclear fusion reaction of lithium and its compounds could provide a lot of energy for many fields and promote the development of production,which played an important role for all countries.In this paper,tributyl phosphate(TBP)solvent extraction method was used to extract lithium from the old brine of Qarhan Salt Lake,and the experiment was carried out to deeply study the extraction process,describe the problems existing in the lithium extraction process in the experimental process,and carry out the optimization selection experiment,A scientific and reasonable solution was formulated,the extraction process of lithium was improved,and the optimum extraction conditions were obtained through treatment and analysis.
