无导线起搏器植入途径中的解剖异常分析

摘要 无导线起搏器植入途径中的解剖异常包括先天解剖异常和获得性解剖异常,其中先天解剖异常可包括股静脉解剖异常、左侧下腔静脉、双侧下腔静脉和下腔静脉异常延续等,而获得性解剖异常则包括下腔静脉滤器、三尖瓣外科手术后、肿瘤压迫、血栓等。本文主要介绍股静脉、下腔静脉、右心房和三尖瓣可能存在的常见解剖异常,以及进行术前筛查的方法,以期有效优化手术成功率。 Unconventional clinical settings in the leadless pacemaker implantation pathway include congenital anatomical abnormalities and acquired anatomical abnormalities.Congenital anatomical abnormalities include femoral vein anatomical abnormalities,left inferior vena cava,bilateral inferior vena cava,and abnormal continuation of inferior vena cava,etc.The acquired anatomic abnormalities include inferior vena cava filter,tricuspid valve surgery,thrombosis and tumor compression,etc.This paper describes possible anatomical abnormalities that may occur in femoral vein,inferior vena cava,right atrium and tricuspid valve.Awareness of unconventional anatomy and clinical scenarios in pathway could facilitate leadless pacemaker implantation.
