口服营养补充对结直肠癌化疗患者营养状况及癌因性疲乏的影响

Effects of Oral Nutritional Supplements on Nutritional Status and Cancer-related Fatigue in Patients Undergoing Colorectal Cancer Chemotherapy

目的探讨口服营养补充剂对结直肠癌化疗患者营养状况和癌因性疲乏的影响,旨在提升患者的化疗耐受性和生存质量。方法以2020年6月至2021年3月收治于郑州大学第一附属医院肿瘤科的82例结直肠癌化疗患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=41)与观察组(n=41)。对照组接受常规饮食及营养宣教,观察组在此基础上接受为期4周的口服营养补充剂干预。比较两组患者BMI、血清前蛋白(ALB)、血清白蛋白(PA)、主观整体营养状况量表(PG-SGA)评分,以及Piper疲乏修订量表(RPFS)得分情况。结果干预4周后,观察组患者的ALB[(37.82±3.87)g/L]与PA[(0.23±0.03)g/L]均高于对照组[ALB(34.92±4.75)g/L,PA(0.21±0.03)g/L],PG-SGA评分[(3.73±0.36)分]低于对照组[(4.13±0.45)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且干预后,观察组RPFS总分[(4.02±1.07)分]、行为及严重程度维度[(4.06±1.44)分]和感觉维度得分[(3.51±0.95)分]均低于对照组[分别为(4.71±1.23)、(4.87±0.98)和(4.13±0.45)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服营养补充能够改善结直肠癌化疗患者营养状况、缓解其癌因性疲乏,有助于提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of oral nutritional supplements on nutritional status and cancerrelated fatigue in patients undergoing colorectal cancer chemotherapy,in order to improve the tolerance of chemotherapy and quality of life in these patients.Methods From June 2020 to March 2021,82 patients undergoing colorectal cancer chemotherapy in the Oncology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=41)and the observation group(n=41).The control group was given routine diets and nutritional education,while the observation group was given oral nutritional supplements for 4 weeks on this basis.Body mass index(BMI),albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA),the score of the Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA),and the score of the Revised Piper Fatigue Scale(RPFS)were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of intervention,ALB[(37.82±3.87)g/L]and PA[(0.23±0.03)g/L]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[ALB(34.92±4.75)g/L,PA(0.21±0.03)g/L],and PG-SGA score[(3.73±0.36)points]was lower than that in the control group[(4.13±0.45)points],with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After the intervention,the total score of RPFS[(4.02±1.07)points],the score of behavior and severity dimension[(4.06±1.44)points]and the score of sensory dimension[(3.51±0.95)points]in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(4.71±1.23),(4.87±0.98)and(4.13±0.45)points,respectively],with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral nutritional supplements can improve the nutritional status of patients undergoing colorectal cancer chemotherapy,relieve their cancerrelated fatigue,and improve their quality of life.
