Summary of Best Evidence for Infection Prevention and Control Measures after Cataract Extraction Surgery

目的通过检索、评价国内外文献资料,总结白内障摘除手术感染防控措施的证据。方法通过对国内外数据库系统检索,并采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心的文献评价标准和证据分级,对目标文献进行评价、分级,提取有关白内障摘除术感染防控最佳证据。结果最终筛选纳入文献16篇,包括7篇指南、4篇系统评价、3篇专家共识或建议、2篇多中心研究。总结出最佳证据共51条,包括手术室环境要求、术前评估准备、手术人员要求、手术操作管理、用药管理、器械/设备要求及组织管理等7个方面。结论白内障摘除手术感染防控措施的最佳证据总结可为眼科手术相关感染提供规范化的预防管理措施,为医护人员的临床实践提供参考依据。

Objective To summarize the evidence for infection prevention and control measures after a cataract extraction surgery by retrieving and evaluating literature at home and abroad.Methods Relevant articles were retrieved from the databases at home and abroad,and then target articles were evaluated and graded based on the literature evaluation and evidence grading criteria specified by Australia’s JBI evidencebased healthcare center,in order to extract the best evidence for infection prevention and control after a cataract extraction surgery.Results A total of 16 articles were finally included,including 7 guidelines,4 systematic reviews,3 expert consensus or recommendations,and 2 multicenter studies.A total of 51 pieces of best evidence were summarized,including 7 aspects:requirements for the operating room environment,preoperative evaluation and preparation,requirements for surgery staff,surgical operation management,medication management,requirements for devices/equipment and organizational management.Conclusion The summary of the best evidence for infection prevention and control measures after a cataract extraction surgery can provide standard prevention and management measures for ophthalmic surgery-related infections and provide a reference for the clinical practice of healthcare providers.
