非接触式电信号驱动的防误装置的设计与实现

摘要 基于常规变电站户外接地刀闸仅利用五防锁实现机械闭锁,而未引入电气量作为闭锁判断的现状,设计并研制了一种非接触式电信号驱动的防误闭锁限位装置。装置利用电场耦合原理实现对线路电压信号的非接触式采集;通过在STM32处理板上集成信号处理电路、控制电路来控制装置的闭锁单元动作,实现线路带电时对接地刀闸旋转连杆动作的闭锁,限制接地刀闸合闸动作。实验测试和现场应用表明,装置在采集到线路电压信号时能可靠实现对接地刀闸的电气闭锁,能有效降低带电合接地刀闸事故风险,对于电网安全稳定运行具有重大意义。 Based on the current situation that the outdoor grounding switch of the conventional substation only uses five anti-locks to realize mechanical locking without introducing electric volume as the locking judgment,this paper introduces the design and development of an anti-false locking limit device driven by the non-contact electrical signal.The device uses the principle of electric field coupling to realize non-contact acquisition of the line voltage signal.The signal processing circuit and control circuit are integrated on the STM32 processing board to control the locking unit action of the device,so as to realize the locking of the rotating connecting rod of the grounding switch when the line is charged and limit the closing action of the grounding switch.The experimental test and field application show that the device can reliably realize the electrical locking of the grounding switch when the line voltage signal is collected and greatly reduce the risk of live grounding switch accidents,which is of great significance to safe and stable operation of the power grid.
