低电压穿越系统在锅炉给粉机变频器上的应用

摘要 雷击或者电网故障引起的供电系统电压异常波动,会造成锅炉给粉机变频器停运,锅炉停炉,给锅炉的稳定运行带来极大威胁。本文在分析电网晃电特征及企业厂用电供电特性的基础上,通过在锅炉给粉机变频器上加装低电压穿越系统,彻底解决了电网电压波动导致给粉机变频器停运、锅炉停炉的问题,保证了锅炉的安全可靠运行。 Abnormal voltage fluctuations of the power supply system caused by lightning strokes or power grid faults will cause shutdowns of the frequency transformer of the pulverized coal feeder of the boiler and even the boiler itself,which will pose a great threat to stable operation of the boiler.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of both the voltage dip of the power grid and the auxiliary power supply of the enterprise,this paper puts forward a solution to shutdowns of the frequency transformer and the boiler caused by voltage fluctuations of the power grid by installing a low-voltage ride-through system in the frequency transformer of the pulverized coal feeder of the boiler,which can ensure secure and reliable operation of the boiler.
